CAMPGROUND AMENITIES
NO DOGS AND NO GLASS ALLOWED AT THE PINES MUSIC PARK
- All camping is classified as primitive.
- Porta-potties available in campground
- Bags of ice and firewood available for purchase on-site.
- Fire rings are available in VERY limited quantities throughout the campground. We do NOT sell fire rings or take reservations. We suggest that you bring your own fire ring if you would like to guarantee your own campfire.
- Grills are allowed but not provided.
- Free filtered drinking water available in multiple locations near the Blue Ox Lodge
- We have dumpsters on site for garbage and recycling. Please adopt a leave-no-trace mentality and clean up after yourself.
- A permanent shower building (free to all campers).
CAMPING OPTIONS
2-DAY CAMP ACCESS PASS
Every person entering the Pines Music Park campground MUST have a camp access pass. Kids 10 and under are free and do not need a camp access pass.
Price: $174/person
Camp Access Pass Includes:
- 2 nights of unreserved* tent camping available on a first come basis with access starting Friday July 24th at 7:00AM
- Parking for your vehicle either next to your tent in unreserved camping OR in our overflow parking lot.
- 2-day campground shuttle pass to/from Eaux Claires Festival site at Carson Park.
*Admission to the festival is NOT included in your camp access pass and must be purchased separately via the Eaux Claires Music Festival website.
ADD-ON: NON-ELECTRIC RESERVED CAMPSITE
A reserved site is required for those who would like to camp in an RV, pull behind or pop-up camper. Generators are allowed in non-electric RV campsites.
*Every person staying at the reserved campsite MUST have a camp access pass (sold separately).
Price Range: $108 – $150

- Pines Reserved North: 20′ wide x 30′ + pull-through 20′ wide x 40’+ long
- Pines Reserved South – mostly wooded: 20′ wide x 30′ + pull-through 20′ wide x 40’+ long
*Reserved campsites are an add-on. You will still need to purchase a 2-day camp access pass on top of your reserved campsite ticket.
*Admission to the festival is NOT included in your camp access pass and must be purchased separately via the Eaux Claires Music Festival website.
ADD-ON: ELECTRIC RESERVED CAMPSITE
A reserved site is required for those who would like to camp in an RV, pull behind or pop-up camper. Includes (1) 30 AMP Electric hook-up which may or may not be directly in your site (up to 50′ in some cases). Please come prepared.
*Every person staying at the reserved campsite MUST have a camp access pass (sold separately).
Price Range: $150 – $300

Arrive to a rental tent already set up on a reserved spot in the Backyards and Beyond neighborhood located under tree cover within the Eagle Camping area.
*Each person staying in a pre-set tent MUST also have a camp access pass (sold separately).

ADD-ON: TINY CAMPING CABIN
Stay on-site in one of our custom-built air-conditioned tiny camping cabins located under tree cover within the Backyards and Beyond neighborhood in Eagle Camp.
*Each person staying in the Camping Cabin MUST have a camp access pass (sold separately).
Price: $1,350
Total of 8 cabins available on-site | Max of 2 people per cabin

ADD-ON: THURSDAY NIGHT CAMP ACCESS
Settle in a day early to maximize your stay at The Pines Music Park.

*Every person entering the Pines campground MUST have a camp access pass.
*If you need to leave throughout the weekend, then we suggest that you park on perimeter roads or in the Fields parking lot which is best for come and go traffic. If your car is parked next to your tent, then it will need to stay parked the entire weekend if possible.
*You will get to/from the festival via the campground shuttle included with your camp access pass.
