Yoga and Mindfulness for improved mental wellness presented by Olivia Schnur on Saturday, August 15th.

Explore yoga techniques you can integrate into your self-care routine for renewed wellbeing. We will practice yoga poses with the intention to release stress and tension from the body. We will also weave in breathing strategies designed to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. This session will end with a guided progressive muscle relaxation exercise that flows into savasana.
